SWINDLEFOLK.A-ROVIN' LP DEROY LABEL EURO 150
Private pressing issued in 1968 on the DEROY label.Record has obvious signs of play with quite a lot of
light surface on both sides,nothing deep or heavy,does pop and crackle through both sides,although sound is crisp and clear,doesn't skip, stick or jump.Vinyl graded GOOD,handmade sleeve no rips, tears or graffiti,VG+.

Dusk to Dawn. Swindle Folk. (CAM 311). An unreleased SwindleFolk LP. White label test pressing. Hand drawn cover design by Derek Boak. Produced by Dy Swindlehurst. Record in excellent, near mint condition. Cover in good condition, bearing in mind that this is a hand drawn and designed cover. It has handling marks,as would be expected, but no serious tears or damage otherwise. Date unknown, but possibly very late '60s or early '70s. Guitars: Derek Boak, Griff Jones, Barry MacKay, Dy Swindlehurst. Vocals: June Carney, Chris Daley, Carol Dixon, Les Duffy, Joyce Edisbury, Bessie Long, Pam McWilliam, Sandra Power, Dy Swindlehurst and Derek Boak. Drums; Paul Balmer. (see photo for track listing). An extremely rare discovery and a highly prized item for any serious English folk music collector.

Cover has tear , probably from sticker , upper right corner.Some edgewear but no seamsplit.
Rare New Orleans funk with Meters sound to it.
After leaving The Yardbirds, Tony 'Top' Topham has shun the spotlights. He issued solo album ""Ascension Heights"" BLUE HORIZON and played in Christine Perfect's band when she left Chicken Shack. Also featured on her solo album.

PRIVATE PRESSING
A very rare and sought after British Folk L.P. Recorded at The Count House, 1965, St Just, Cornwall. "This recording is I think, a very good example of the type of songs to be heard at the club..."
Condition: An excellent sheen. There are one or two small marks. Sound: It is pretty good with a little crackle occasionally. I think this may be helped with a professional clean.Sleeve: Some crinkling to the laminate at the corners. Top edge needs a re-glue. Rear is foxed and shows a little ring-wear. Grade - VG+/VG

V/ A AYRSHIRE FOLK: Songs from the singers of Ayr folk club EURO 80
This album on the rare Deroy label was released in 1974. The number is Deroy 1052. It has 14 tracks. The
singers, all pictured on the sleeve, were from the local folk club. The sleeve is flimsy and although intact, has some small creases. The vinyl is near mint.
